Inspired by Post Modern Jukebox’s Upright-Bass-Solo cover of the pop song “All About that Bass�, we decided to turn the BlechMafia version into a tuba solo.We mixed tuba excerpts from orchestral and film literature, such as the Dragon-Solo from Wagner’s Ring Cycle and the Imperial March from Star Wars, into Meghan Trainor’s original. As rehearsals progressed we decided to add more orchestral excerpts into other instruments as well.
