ensemble dimensions, sometimes using instrument configurations that one could only describe as outside the box.

This book is not intended as an educational study. For me, it is a perspective of melody, harmony and rhythm from a singular viewpoint, a chapter in the larger work.

Larry's musical interests and influences know no boundaries. Like all life's experiences, an individual's quest in music should be constantly shifting, growing, and learning as one always moves forward, and often into the unknown.

As an artist and composer, I feel a certain responsibility to the music itself and any motivation or ambition on my part is solely for purposes of further expression of the art form.
