Dancing under the Arabian sky is a duet piece for Violin and Flute. This composition is heavily inspired by Arabian, Middle-Eastern music since I have stayed in the UAE for quite some time. I used Violin as a substitute for the Mandolin, a traditional string instrument to replicate the sound of it. I also composed this piece during my first term at the University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music.

Sunsets at Corniche is a two-part composition about love. The composer made the piece to be able to show how he hears love. A-part shows how joyful, peaceful, and light feeling to be loved. While the B-part showed a darker sound than the previous part, to give emphasis to the word Sunset. The said part is a Retrogression of the first part to give more emphasis and to exhaust all of the potentials in the motif that is being used. In some measures, Inverted-Retrogression was also applied. The piece ends with a harmonious sound to give the idea of victory feeling in our hearts.
