Composed by Kenji Miyazawa. Arranged by Masakazu YAMAMOTO. 20th Century,Children,Holiday,Pop. Score. 2 pages. Motch Music #946432. Published by Motch Music (A0.1361974).

Piano arrangement for intermediate level.

This is a piano solo arrangement of Hoshi-Meguri No Uta (Star-Circling Song) composed by Kenji Miyazawa.

In the first half, I've sprinkled notes in the higher registers, and in the second half, I've composed it to have a more serene atmosphere. Overall, please perform it in a manner akin to a music box, steady yet with a touch of gentleness.

(arr. Masakazu YAMAMOTO)

Composed by Tatsurou Yamashita. Arranged by John Ivor Holland. 21st Century,Children,Multicultural,Pop,Singer/Songwriter,World. 81 pages. John Ivor Holland #1044172. Published by John Ivor Holland (A0.1465495).

Tatsur? Yamashita (?? ??, born February 4, 1953) is a Japanese singer-songwriter and record producer, who is known for pioneering the 'city pop' style of music; he is considered a major contributor to Japanese music and is ranked by HMV Japan at number 6 in the top 100 Japanese artists. 'Mirai no Theme' (along with companion song 'Uta no Kisha') is the 51st single released by Yamashita, in July 2018, written for the animated film Mirai. The uptempo song opens the film in a bright shuffle swing style, and there are a couple of moments for your star alto sax player to really let go (the first solo is based on one recorded by Yota Miyazato) - treat your audience to something different and they'll be tapping their toes by the end, it's very catchy!
