A faithful 'big band feel' transcription/choral arrangement in the original key as composed and performed by Gary Barlow for SATB and piano accompaniment, ideally with drum kit support as well, or at least minimal snare drum with brushes/sticks. The piano accompaniment part is more complex than the vocal parts which are mainly homophonic. .

For mixed a cappella voices, this arrangement was written for a varying number of parts to be adaptable for whichever mix of voices you have in your choir - as fits the profile of many choirs the larger load is given to the female voices, and the men's part is simply written in octaves, to suit whether you have tenors, basses or both.  Staying fairly true to the original song performed by Gary Barlow, the verses are a solo/lead line against a rhythmical backing, shared between sopranos and altos,  whilst the words in the choruses are sung by everyone together for a rousing build to a final chorus with optional extra solo riffs.
