Morning Prelude for Two Cellos and Piano is an arrangement of an original piece I composed that is included in my first cello and piano book Folk and Beyond, published by Kevin Mayhew.This piece was inspired by my baby twin grandsons , who looked so vulnerable the first few days after they were born. I wanted to reassure them that the world was a good place. The opening section is very tentative and has natural harmonics in the cello parts.
