This well known piece has been arranged for Brass Quintet comprising Trumpet 1 &2 (Bb Cornet/Flugel Horn), F Horn, Trombone/Euphonium and Bass. Â There are alternative parts for Eb Horn (Trombone/Euphonium), Bb Horn (Trombone/Euphonium), Bb Trombone/Euphonium in Treble and Bass Clef, Eb and Bb Bass in Treble and Bass Clef.
Gold and Silver waltz was composed by Franz Lehar (1870-1948) for Princess Pauline von Metternich’s “Gold and Silver†Ball in January 1902. It has been made popular in recent times by André Rieu and his orchestra.
