It is in A-B-A format beginning with a lively, rhythmic melody in mixed meter which is passed around the group.  The B section features a lyrical Trombone solo and 2nd Trumpet.  The A section comes back to life and finishes off a most delightful work. This work is written for advanced performers at about 4 1/2 minutes in length and will work very well in a recital or concert.

(Its complete original name is Jalousie 'Tango Tzigane' (Jealousy Gypsy Tango).The piece was written in 1925 but first recorded 10 years later by the Boston Pops Orchestra under the direction of the beloved Arthur Fiedler.Thanks to the Danish National Symphony, whose version of the song provided inspiration for many of the licks in this arrangement.This is scored with a baritone instead of trombone (for the gentler touch), but I've also attached a trombone part. (Bohemia today is in the Czech Republic.) It's built on John LaBarbera's down-tempo ballad version for the Buddy Rich big band. Trombonists know this one for two features: a gorgeous but challenging bass 'bone solo, and a tricky but gorgeous 'bone section soli. The song sold a more than a million copies of sheet music and 78rpm records, and sparked rumbamania in the U.S. The National Recording Preservation Board recognizes it as the first American recording of an authentic Latin dance style. It has been covered in recordings something like 160 times, by Stan Kenton, Django Reinhart, Louis Armstrong, Dean Martin and many others.This fairly simple arrangement is for two trumpets, horn, trombone and tuba. He suggested it as a quintet piece (he liked us mostly because we played some of his favorite Dixieland tunes). The result is, well, at least a little bit weird. The original haunting Pat Metheny recording was played on electric sitar, with a high-speed snare drum providing train effect. I wanted to achieve the same thing, so the horns take care of it throughout the piece (with tuba providing it from start to finish). And the song needed a train horn for effect. I wanted to know what chord a train whistle blew, and the Internet told me it was a ninth chord.
