Guitar,Instrumental Duet - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1395584 Composed by Franz Schubert (1797 - 1828). Arranged by Keith W. Gehle. 19th Century,Christmas,Classical,Sacred,Wedding. 7 pages. Keith Gehle #979018. Published by Keith Gehle (A0.1395584). Composed three years before his death in 1828, Franz Schubertâ??s â??Ave Mariaâ? is by far one of his most popular works. Pieces entitled â??Ave Mariaâ? (or Hail Mary) are traditional Roman Catholic prayers in honor of Mary, the mother of Jesus. For that reason, they are very popular during the Christmas season and often used in traditional wedding services. This PDF includes detailed fingerings and interpretation in standard notation. The second guitar part (arpeggio accompaniment) is fairly easy and the first part (melody) gives that player good practice in upper positions (mostly the 7th position).

Guitar,Instrumental Duet - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1124583 By Charles Williams. By Charles Williams. Arranged by Derek Hasted. Film/TV,Thriller. 17 pages. Derek Hasted #725335. Published by Derek Hasted (A0.1124583). DEVIL'S GALOP (Dick Barton Theme Tune) - TWO GUITARSFor Classical or Acoustic Guitar - sometimes it's erroneously listed here as Electric Guitar.Derek Hasted writes This evocative tune was the theme music to Dick Barton Special Agent, a radio drama on the BBC many decades ago.The music is full of tension, with rising chromatic chords and long chromatic scale passages creating a constant restless feel. The roles of tune and accompaniment swap over increasingly often as the piece progresses, so the audience will have plenty to watch as well as hear. The accompaniment role is fingered, as there’s really only one place on the guitar to play the chords. The tune, though, is unfingered - there is a compromise between the short reach in high positions and the extra height of the action - you may prefer to stay up the neck, or you may wish to move up and down - please add fingering and position changes where you wish. And add slurs too, if these improve the flow of the music. Here and there, I have deliberately “respelled†some of the accidentals in a way that hopefully improves overall readability, and sometimes the two parts have two representations of the same note at the same time.A version of this was played by the Hampshire Guitar Orchestra who also managed to find time to mop their brows in the occasional pauses in the action.I hope you enjoy playing this piece! This is one of a large and growing range of accessible ensembles from experienced arranger Derek Hasted, and is supplied as full score and parts. Derek's website at www.derek-hasted.co.uk/smp lists all his arrangements by title and by number of instruments, with links to soundclips and sample score.

Published by WigMusic (A0.1302953). An original easy, almost beginner,  composition for two guitars. The stems down are the melody and are to be played with the thumb. In the first, A, section all the melody notes are on the third string from the zero to twelfth fret. In the B section the melody notes are all on the 4th, 5th, and 6th stings. Work out the melody, thumb, notes first then everything else is open strings. This was originally written as a teaching piece and makes for a great lesson.Oh yeah. It is fun to play.
