The arrangement then moves through A Major and D Mixolydian to C Minor ending in C Major providing interesting variations on the original theme. Although I am today a cellist (and guitarist), my first instrument was violin, then recorder, and I started cello at the age of 9. I still play every now and then violin, in particular i find improvising on the violin easier then on any other instrument!
