It's an understated accompaniment for strings plus glockenspiel (can be played by any bells, or on keyboard). I raised it a half step from the original Db to D (for ease of playing by strings). I shortened the original's fantasia to keep the focus on the vocalist. The only complicated part of this arrangement is a brief 5/4 section, which is delightful and reinforces the lyrics that tout the ease of changing your world, but may be cut if it's too difficult to sight read.
