Possible challenges with Dance at Sunrise could be the number of accidentals and a tricky rhythm is some places. The good news is that once these sections are learned the first time around, they are repeated a few times so that the piece has continuity and becomes enjoyable to play.

This arrangement of Silent Night for String Orchestra stands out as one of the most hauntingly beautiful, with its ethereal sound that culminates in a glorious conclusion. It has very unusual voicing; the music is not based on any chord progression, but rather on independent, interweaving melodic themes. The violas have the melody for a while. And, a couple of times the second violin part is above the soprano part. It is a very contemplative presentation of the carol.This piece is loosely classified as an Advanced Intermediate skill level. The notes aren’t difficult, and it’s relatively slow, but the intervals may be a bit tricky to play in tune.
