In other words, this is intended to minister to the quiet nobility of the true spirit of Christmas, with love and blessings.

Despite extensive searches only the body of the son has to date been found. The boat was located and raised. The cause of the tragedy is still a mystery. The title is from a poem of William Blake.

It was finally reinstated when the Congo was reorganised in 1997. The lyrics were written by historian and professor Joseph Lutumba, and the music was composed by Jesuit father Simon-Pierre Boka di Mpasi Londi, who also wrote and composed La Zaïroise.
