Rubén Yazyi, Argentine pianist with a great career as both a pianist and composer. Choclo is the form of Spanish from the Southern Cone, of Andean origin, to refer to corn (the origin of the word is Quechua: chuqllu means 'tender corn' in the JunÃn variety). Villoldo himself said that he was referring to corn, for him the tastiest ingredient in the puchero (stew), but other explanations are also circulating, related to the nickname of a supposed compadrito whose hair was the color of corn or with a double meaning typical of brothel environments. where, it is said, tango was born, relating the word choclo to the phallus.
