Early Intermediate level arrangement transposed to Dm (from Gm) to keep melody on the treble staff. Black key notes (Bb & C#) are presented as accidentals (not key signature). Offbeat entrances in melody preceeded by LH playing on the beat to help player feel the rhythmic pulse. Syncopation has been simplified; once notes are learned, encourage player to use their ear to fix rhythms to match the artist's recording.  Â
LH plays in A/Am position. It remains in same position the entire arrangement.
RH has movement. Chorus has RH 1 covering two notes (D & E) with other fingers stationery. In verse, there is movement about every 2 measures. I suggest two fingering options at m.21; if your student can handle crossing the 2 finger over the thumb, it prevents an awkward stretch from 2-5 fingers.
