After several years of teaching I realized that students at different levels often wanted to play the same songs. But one size does not fit all when it comes to “Easy Piano,” and I did not have five versions of Jingle Bells at my fingertips!So I began arranging songs for in-studio use. Sometimes I ended up with 3 or 4 different levels of a particular song. My preferred method book is Faber’s Piano Adventures, so I used that as a guide for creating my arrangements. Every title I publish has a suggested level that roughly corresponds to books in this series.Students soon learned that they could request any song they wanted, from a holiday carol, to Mozart, to current pop or rock hits.
