This is an arrangement of the popular song Bill Bailey, Won't You Please Come Home for easy piano. It is in the key of C, and uses the I, IV, and V chords, and a couple of chromatic chords before the end cadence, but the voice-leading should be pretty easy for the left hand. The right hand does shift around a bit to cover the wide range of the melody, but it does contain some repetitive figures, so even younger players should be able to learn it with practice.
