The notation has been written in 'Middle C Position' for ease of reading, however please note the instruction to play all notes an octave higher than written.The SECONDO part, to be played as written with both staves in the bass, is made up of chords and simplified bass-lines.  This part should be played gently to ensure that it doesn't overpower the melody of the PRIMO part.Overall, some rhythms have been simplified to make this more accessible to beginners.
