The guitar part is a troubled ostinato undercurrent while the voice sings soothingly over it. Some of the musical material was also used in my cello and guitar piece Virgo and Taurus (also available on ths site) The sound sample is the composer's own performance. You're still there when I need you, although I can't see you you'll be here for me. This contemporary song would be appropriate at most funeral services and anytime you need comfort and peace.
