Published by Gordon Cherry (A0.1235629). Max Bruch composed Eight Pieces, Opus 83 for Clarinet, Viola and Piano in 1908. They are highly romantic pieces written expressly for his son Max Felix, a talented clarinettist. In order to enable the work to be played more widely, Bruch arranged the clarinet part for violin and the viola part for cello. Our edition has been brilliantly arranged by Ralph Sauer for two tenor trombones and piano and is appropriate for advanced performers. This major chamber work is 38 minutes in length and is a great addition to the Trombone repertoire.

Trombone Duet Trombone - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.590567 Composed by David McKeown. Celtic,Folk,Holiday,Love,Wedding. Score. 4 pages. David McKeown #6212719. Published by David McKeown (A0.590567). Grá, (Irish for Love), is a beautiful original composition by David McKeown, arranged as a duet for two Trombones. This duet is inspired by the Irish sean-nós style of singing. Originally sung unaccompanied in the Irish Gaelic language, in more recent times the melodies have been adapted as instrumentals, harmonised and given accompaniment. The songs are most often about love and loss and Grá aims to capture this melancholy mood.Grá is written for players at an intermediate standard and upwards. Expressive throughout, the first part of the melody is played above a drone. Simple accompaniment then builds towards a climax before the melody slips away like a distant echo. Players can add their own appropriate ornaments and variations to the melody if they wish. Grá has a performance time of a little over three minutes. Trombone Duet Trombone - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.792280 Composed by Bach, J. S. Arranged by Sauer, Ralph. Baroque,Classical,Renaissance. Score. 36 pages. Gordon Cherry #4803805. Published by Gordon Cherry (A0.792280). The Four Duets, BWV 802-805 are part of a larger collection, the Clavier-übung III sometimes called the German Organ Mass. They were first published in 1739, mostly likely intended to be performed on the organ, as they have a range from C2 to C6; playable on almost any organ from that era. However, they could have been performed on any keyboard of the time. Musically they are more complex than the Two Part Inventions, and their purpose was most likely to take two-part counterpoint to the max. • Fugue 1 is a double fugue in E minor • Fugue 2 is a fugue in F major written as a da capo aria (ABA) • Fugue 3 in G major is light and dance-like • Fugue 4 in A minor is a fugue in strict counterpoint Ralph Sauer has once again done an extraordinary job of finding great music for our instrument and transcribing it in the most beautiful way possible. Appropriate for advanced performers. Each player has their own part as well as a study score. The 2nd part may be performed on a tenor with f-attachment or a bass trombone.
