Si tratta della prima miniatura musicale ispirata alla Divina Commedia di Dante Alighieri e precisamente dall'Inferno. Il progetto globale mira a celebrare il 700 ° anniversario della morte di Dante Alighieri e comprende più miniature musicali, ovvero quanti sono i cerchi dell'Inferno di Dante. La lingua è moderna ma l'ascolto è di facile comprensione.

Originally a concerto for organ accompanied by orchestra, this second movement (Andante) from Handel's Organ Concerto Op. 7 no. 1 in B-flat major has been adapted for organ and piano!

The organ part is mostly unabridged; a few pedal notes were added to enhance the harmonies in the piano part, and bars 105-112 are played by the piano in this arrangement.
The piano part is mostly an orchestral reduction; a few sustained chords were added during the long organ solo towards the end.

This movement is more or less four minutes in duration. The piano part ranges in level from Intermediate to Advanced Intermediate, and the organ part is for an advanced organist. The score shows both parts: the organ part at the top, and the piano part at the bottom.

The final movement (Pastorale) from Arcangelo Corelli's Christmas Concerto, Op. 6 no. 8, has been arranged for organ and piano!
The original work bears the inscription Fatto per la notte di Natale (made for the night of Christmas).

In the original concerto grosso, two violins and a cello play the solo parts. In this arrangement, these solo parts are played by the organ, using two manuals and the pedals.
The accompaniment, originally played by a string orchestra and continuo, is played by the piano in this arrangement.

This movement is between four and five minutes in duration. The level of the piano accompaniment is Intermediate to Intermediate Advanced. The organ part is for an advanced organist.
