In Queen's recording, Don't Stop Me is sung/chanted with drums emphasizing off beats in the bridge. This arrangement emulates Queen's original bridge with accented eighth notes and the sing song melody traded between violin and viola. Each instrument gets a stab at the following electric guitar riff while the other plays edgy chords as backup.
