There is a Balm in Gilead comes from both the Old and New Testaments. Unitarian Minister, George Willis Cooke wrote a song in the later 1800’s that has become a campfire mainstay. I chose to list it as Down in My Heart. It’s also known as I’ve Got the Joy, I’ve Got that Joy, Joy, Joy and Joy, Joy, Joy. This arrangement is playable on either Lever or Pedal harps.
