All You Need Is Love by the Beatles, was written in 1967 especially for the world’s first live satellite TV transmission. John Lennon answered the BBC’s commission to write a positive song with easy-to-understand lyrics for an international audience. All You Need Is Love was recorded live in a TV studio with many famous contemporary artists such as Eric Clapton and Mick Jagger singing along. 

This version of All You Need Is Love  is arranged as a duet for one Violin and one Cello.
