Children especially love to shout and then sing the chorus whilst dancing.The illustration by Ruth Fraser brings Anancy to life yet again in 2023. I found this song  in the 1st edition of the Caribbean song book Mango Spice and learnt this song in the early 2000's. I bought the 2nd edition which had the cd in it which was very inspiring.
