Ebony and Ivory was written by Paul McCartney and released in March 1982 as a recoding by Paul along with Stevie Wonder. It reached number one on both the UK and the US charts. It was Stevie Wonder's first number-one single in the UK, his only other one being I Just Called to Say I Love You in 1984.

At a very basic level, the song is about the black and white keys on a piano. But at a deeper level, the ebony and ivory keys are a metaphor for racial harmony, equality and integration. Paul liked the piano analogy, since you can play the instrument using just the white keys or just the black keys, but to make great music, you really have to combine the two.

Ebony and Ivory is available in four arrangements (all with piano accompaniment) for SATB, SSA, SAB and 2-Part choirs.

Each arrangement begins with a classically-inspired piano accompaniment that soon modulates into the soft rock feel that made this song so popular for so many decades. Solo options are included and the well-known guitar solo has be rewritten as a scat solo with the option to ad lib over the repeated motifs.

Tu scendi dalla stelle is amongst the oldest of Christmas songs in Italy. The original version was written in the mid-1700s in Naples by the Catholic Bishop of Sant'Agata dei Goti, Alfonso Maria de’ Liguori. At that time it was called Quanno nascette Ninno and was written in the Neapolitan dialect in the style of a pastorale.

The song was later re-written in Italian by Pope Pius IX and thereafter it became famous as a Christmas carol all over the world.

 Originally containing seven verses, today’s performances of the carol in Italy generally include only the first two verses. Notable recordings and performances of the carol include those by Sergio Franchi, Andrea Bocelli and Luciano Pavarotti.

 This arrangement features both Italian and English lyrics, with the English version being a very close adaptation of the original Italian. The carol may therefore be sung in either Italian or English, or a combination of both.

 Available in 2 Part and SSA, both with piano and optional descant/flute.

Here is a sweet arrangement of the Vesper Hymn written for two part treble choir, with piano and handbell accompaniment. There is a good amount of unison singing, but there are also harmony parts for both soprano and alto voice parts. This piece was written with the beginning choir in mind. Repetition in the vocal harmony parts is set off by the use of dynamic contrasts which are inspired by the lyrics. The bell part can be played by handbells, tone chimes, hand chimes, or even a keyboard set to a chime voice. (Handbell part is on the last page of the octavo.) The piano part was written to be played by a young accompanist, and so is also repetitive in its notes with contrast being provided by varied dynamics. This piece is approximately two and a half minutes long, and makes a nice concert closer for community youth choir, school concert, or children’s honor choir. (Although the word ‘hymn’ is in the title, there are no religious references that would make this unsuitable for a community or public school performance.)

Mundi rector is choral part from Vivaldi's oratorio Juditha triumphans RV 644. The Latin libretto was written by Iacopo Cassetti, and it's base on the Book of Judith. Vivaldi wrote this oratorio for the ensemble (the orchestra and chorus) of the Ospedale della Pietà. The interesting fact that all characters (male and female), choruses line (originally written in SATB – mixed chorus range) and orchestral lines were sung and played by women.

This arrangement is written for female duet or 2-part ensemble (from SATB voices range (G2 – E flat 5) to voices SA range (D4 – F5 )), accompanied by keyboard instrument and flute.

Written between November 2007 and August 2009, this set of four motets was written for and dedicated to the Choir of Grace Episcopal Church in Newton, Massachusetts, and its director, Dr. Linda J. Clark. The choir sits facing four stained glass windows, each depicting a scene from Christ’s life: birth, baptism, death, and resurrection. Each motet is a choral meditation on one of these windows. The set is written for a choir of any size and composition that can be evenly divided into two voice parts.
There Stood His Mother (Stabat Mater): Thick dissonances collide and intertwine in this meditation on a mother’s love under a shroud of grief. Duration: 3:17.

This is a bright, breezy, and up tempo song originally recorded in 1932. Musically it is typical of the era, and would typically be used as music suitable for a quickstep or for tap dancing. The offensive lyrics of the original have been replaced with the amendment used in the 1984 revival of the show, Me And My Girl, written by Stephen Fry. The arrangement is written for 2 voices and could be used in any combination of voice types, so feel free to adapt and see what works best in your situation. There is a simple piano accompaniment which can be embellished with other instruments, and a vocal score is included so that the singers can avoid juggling with lots of pages.
