My assigned ensemble was cello and bass, and (having just listened to Neil deGrasse Tyson in an interview) I was immediately reminded of the sound of his voice. So this piece is a musical representation of what I imaging happening if Neil deGrasse Tyson actually tweeted about Sound of Late. They'd definitely do a little happy dance.
