My friend and former student Jeffery Thyer asked me in 2013 to write something for a choir in NYC.  They were doing a concert about money.  I chose ten little sentences to set, from Carl Sandburg to the Gospels, Benjamin Franklin to Will Rogers.  The set would make a fine concert closer for a decent high school choir, a community chorus, or a collegiate choir.  Any of the ten little ditties may be omitted without damaging the whole concept too much.  Looking for a humorous choral work?  This may be it!
