Choral Choir (SATB) - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1152863 Composed by Kevin G. Pace (ASCAP), Mary Ann W. Snowball. Christian,Praise & Worship,Religious,Sacred,Spiritual. Octavo. 3 pages. Kevin G. Pace #753092. Published by Kevin G. Pace (A0.1152863). A harmonious, melodic hymn with music by Kevin G. Pace and text by Mary Ann W. Snowball. Text: 1. For what doth it profit a woman or a man When given God’s gifts of such great worth, If the bestowal is not then received Or recognized on the earth What doth it profit a woman or a man? Receive God’s holy gifts; His hunger is to bless. Receive strength from His holy hand to reap eternal rest. 2. For what doth it profit the Giver of the gift If blessings are left unclaimed each day? If one does not receive the gift that’s given, No aid will then be gained. For what doth it profit the Giver of the gift? Receive God’s holy gifts; His hunger is to bless. Receive strength from His holy hand to reap eternal rest. 3. For what doth it profit if there is little joy Or gratitude given every day? If no rejoicing is proclaimed for God The gift is then in vain. What doth it profit if there is little joy? Receive God’s holy gifts; lay hold His offerings. Receive His love for it will be pure giving from a King.

Choral Choir (SATB) - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.546505 By Bread. By David Gates. Arranged by John R. Daniels. Pop,Rock,Wedding. Octavo. 11 pages. John R. Daniels #156520. Published by John R. Daniels (A0.546505). Luscious choral arrangement of one of David Gates' most popular songs that captures all of the beauty, color and romance of the original, including the unconventional chord structures. The piano accompaniment imitates the complex guitar part. There is a separate piano part to make playing easier. It includes the melody line. Guitar chords are included; the chords could also be used for a pad/fill keyboard. Choral Choir (SATB) - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.905717 By Casting Crowns. By Mark Hall. Arranged by Brandon Haynes. Christian,Gospel. Octavo. 11 pages. Brandon Haynes #4609419. Published by Brandon Haynes (A0.905717).  If We are the Body was a praise song written over a decade ago in the early 2000’s by Mark Hall and performed by renowned praise-band Casting Crowns. The song still holds great significance nearly 16 years later as it poses important questions of discipleship to those who associate themselves as Christians. The song asks; if we are the body of Christ, what are we doing to further his kingdom? It also candidly points out many faults in Christian behavior, which is an honest quality I love about this song. Youth groups and praise-bands often perform this song; however, I have arranged the accompaniment more solemnly to highlight the text in a more meditative manner so that it is also accessible for adult church choirs.

Choral Choir,Choral (SATB) - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1228242 By Frank Sinatra. By George Gershwin and Ira Gershwin. Arranged by John Fries. 20th Century. 4 pages. John Fries #824360. Published by John Fries (A0.1228242). Please contact me by email at jfries@ptd.net to make a special request or to find out all that I have to offer and to express your comments or concerns. Thanks, John.   This song began life in 1930 as a nine-bar phrase with the working title There's No Stopping Me Now.  Its title phrase Nice work if you can get it came from an English magazine.  It was one of nine songs the Gershwin brothers wrote for the movie A Damsel in Distress in which it was performed by Fred Astaire with backing vocals by The Stafford Sisters.  The song was published in 1937.  The first jazz recording of the work was by Tommy Dorsey three weeks after the release of the film.  The song was recorded by many jazz singers and adopted by bebop instrumentalists; Jerry Newman recorded pianist Thelonious Monk performing the tune in 1941 at Minton's Playhouse, a nightclub closely connected with early bebop, and he subsequently recorded it several times.
