It is cheerful, faith promoting and tender.    The first verse is about the love of God for ALL of His children.  The second is the Gathering of Israel through the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.   The third and fourth verses deal with covenants and the Gathering of Israel through Holy Temples.

Yesusum, Yesusum, is a new rendition of an old Israeli folk tune. The text is taken from the Book of Prophet Isiah. The prophetic verses depict a blooming desert and a blossoming wilderness. The fulfillment of this prophecy has been witnessed with the miraculous development of agricultural life in Israel’s southern desert, the Negev. The current musical arrangement for mixed choir can be performed a cappella or with piano (or organ) accompaniment.
