The guitar accompaniment is styled on the piano solo score, but tailored here and there to fit the guitar like a glove.The key here isn’t the same as the original, but it fits right into the “sweet spot� of the oboe's pitch range and allows for a guitar accompaniment that can use open strings to improve the sustain. Unlike other arrangements, this has plenty of space and few finger gymnastics, so the gentle movement of the original is easy to reproduce.I also have an arrangement for two guitars which moves the melody between the guitars as the piece progresses.I hope you enjoy playing this piece!
