Sehr einfach zu spielen, öffnet der Blue Waltz behutsam das Ohr für Jazz-Klänge. Das Arrangement für begleitetes Melodieinstrument eignet sich auch für den Anfängerunterricht und das erste Zusammenspiel. Downloadable. Schott Music - Digital #Q21296. Published by Schott Music - Digital (S9.Q21296). Overcoming the boundaries between 'serious' and entertaining music was what mattered to the musician Eduard Pütz (1911–2000). His compositions therefore include stylistic features of jazz and pop music. Many of his works were written for children and young instrumentalists to offer them a break from the monotony of classical sonatinas and studies. 'Blue Waltz' is such a treat – very easy to play, it carefully helps the player to open a listening ear for jazz sounds. The arrangement for accompanied melodic instrument is also suitable for beginner's lessons and the first ensemble playing.

Oboe,Piano - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1213274 Composed by Alan Bullard. 20th Century. Score and part. 24 pages. Colne Edition / BullardMusic #810456. Published by Colne Edition / BullardMusic (A0.1213274). Alan Bullard’s Sonatina for Oboe and Piano was written when the composer was in his early twenties, and it has received many performances from students and professionals. Its three movements are in an unashamedly neo-classical style, with the two instruments seen as equal partners: in the first, flowing melodies are shared between the two instruments: in the second, a romantic oboe solo is presented over a simple repetitive accompaniment, later growing into a duet in which the piano takes the lead for a time: and the third movement is characterised by a witty sense of rhythmic interplay between the two instruments. The pdf contains the score and the separate oboe part.More details: https://www.alanbullard.co.uk/score/sonatina-oboe-piano/  or  www.colneedition.co.uk.

Oboe,Piano - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.942559 Composed by Jeff Gao. 20th Century,Contemporary. Score and part. 39 pages. Jeff Gao #3093339. Published by Jeff Gao (A0.942559). Sonatina for Oboe and Piano was written in 2016.  It consists of three movements, each being a letter of personal homage.  The first movement titled Spring Festival is a tribute to Beijing, my birthplace.  The music opens with a fanfare passage by oboe that is immediately echoed by piano.  The brief dialogue quickly leads to the first main theme of the movement: an up-tempo, rhythmically vibrant melody reminiscent of a Chinese folk dance.  The second theme in a slower tempo, is clumsy, somewhat crude yet with abundant charm and humor. The first theme reappears before the movement ends on the uplifting fanfare, much similar to how it all started.  The second movement titled Ballade is a letter to my beloved wife, whose elegance and passion inspired me to write this lyrical, through composed piece as a manifest of love.  The third movement titled Child’s Play is dedicated to one of my closest childhood friends, himself a terrific oboist.  The movement is loosely in an A-B-A form.  The two outer sections feature a playful melody in neo-classical style and are separated by a casual and whimsical middle section.
