This work is New Haven Memories For Guitar Quartet by Neal Fitzpatrick. It was composed in 2021. This eight movement work was inspired but the composer's time as a student at the Yale School of Music in New Haven, CT and is dedicated to Benjamin Verdery-chair of the guitar Department at the Yale school of Music.

This set of exercises is for guitar quartet and can be played by both classical/nylon guitars and steel string guitars or a combination of both. These exercises can be a great introduction to score and ensemble reading using primary rhythms and notation. Each exercise is multi-dimensional in that each player can try every part.
