Arctic Night 2. The Returning Hunter 3. Exiles 4. With Dog-Teams Beach used melodies from eleven Inuit songs she discovered from an early recording and set them to European harmonies. Mr. Sauer's arrangement of this unique music is playable by moderately advanced performers. The four movements total about 10 minutes of music in length.

The form gives a little bit of predictability but even then, you never get what you expect the first time around… or the second.
