The music is energetic overall, with a touch of melancholy in appropriate places to match the story line. There's a bit of borrowing a tune from The Barber of Seville which is quite catchy! The music runs about 5 1/2 minutes, and begins with an introduction to the story that can be sung by a 2nd person. There are 5 different musical themes.
