The main series features some well-known classics, as well as some unfamiliar pieces which have appeared from time to time as exam pieces. The Novelty Series equally includes some well-known pieces in the lighter-vein, as well as some quirky little 'party-pieces'! While most of the pieces in both series are for Piano Solo, a few are for Piano (Four Hands).This is a charming little miniature, and certainly not difficult - as far as playing the notes go - the 'difficulty' is in the interpretation and balance between melody and accompaniment.
