An intermediate-level 8-bar arrangement of Hail to the Chief. This work is excellent for piano students to perform on Independence Day.

This arrangement teaches students to:

• master wide jumps in the left hand
• watch for repeats (first time, second time)
• play a variety of rapidly contrasting articulations
• learn how to carefully count sixteenth values for a march feel
