This beautiful, worshipful medley combines the contemporary praise song, I Stand In Awe, by Mike Altrogge, with the beloved classic hymn, How Great Thou Art. The entire piano solo lasts a little over 6 minutes, which may be too lengthy for the average church service or offertory slot. With this in mind, starting at the CODA and playing to the end of the piece works just as effectively. The use of excessive pedal is strongly encouraged as is paying close attention to the free tempo feel throughout - no need to rush out of the presence of God.
