The traditional American sea chanty Shenandoah is here arranged by Joel Jacklich (A.S.C.A.P.) for cello quartet.  It covers the entire gamut of the cello range from the open C2 to high positions (tenor clef, going to F5 in Vc. 1, albeit, in slow half note accompaniment, and to C5 in Vc. 2, while playing the melody).  Once the high notes are mastered, it is a delight for the audience, and a sure crowd pleaser.
