Here is an original arrangement in a Jazz-Ballade style of a very pretty Christmas Carol. It is originally from France and called Les anges dans nos campagnes which translates to The Angels in our Country. 
Where I grew up it is named in Latin Gloria (in exelcis Deo) and in internationally it is known as Angels we have heard on high.

The Theme from The Godfather is of course as famous as the movie itself. With its Meditarranean vibe it makes a nice addition to any Latin Guitar repertoire.
