This piece, made popular by Delta Goodrem, has been arranged by Russell T. King for Vocal and Concert Band or Concert Band alone in the key of B Flat (original is in B) to make it more band friendly.  Arranged with schools in mind (there are many doublings which will help if there are instruments missing) it is a great opportunity for schools with a Voice and a Band Program to combine two learning areas.
