On the Mercurial Tides is a new work for wind ensemble featuring a solo steelpan. The work embellishes the relationship that the steelpan has against a large wind ensemble. While the pan part is intended to be virtuosic in nature, the wind ensemble in many ways takes a background of several simplistic canonic themes that develop throughout the piece. Included with this purchase is the full score, a piano reduction, and every individual ensemble part. .

Help! is a song by the English rock band the Beatles that served as the title song for the 1965 film and its soundtrack. It was released as a single in July 1965, and was number one for three weeks in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Credited to Lennon–McCartney, Help! was written by John Lennon with some help from Paul McCartney. During an interview in 1980, Lennon recounted: The whole Beatles thing was just beyond comprehension. I was subconsciously crying out for help.
In 2008, the 1965 recording of Help! was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.

Our God, Our Help in Ages Past is a hymn by Isaac Watts and paraphrases the 90th Psalm of the Book of Psalms. It originally consisted of nine stanzas. In present usage, however, the hymn is usually limited to stanzas one, two, three, five, seven and nine (6 Verses) (Methodist books also include the original sixth stanza). In 1738, John Wesley in his hymnal, Psalms and Hymns, changed the first line of the text from Our God to O God. Both Watts' wording and Wesley's rewording remain in current use. [Wikipedia]

I wanted a song that mixed my other songs' Harmonic minor feel mixed with a chased feeling. The walk from the path is metaphoric. The music tells a story about a duck trying to escape duck hunters. The duck is helped by a bird (Piccolo). However, as the bird helps the duck, They have to cross a creek, the duck manages to make it but as the bird tries the bird is caught, the bird is in danger. The bird calls out to the Duck but the Duck can't do anything. The duck watches as the bird is killed by a duck hunter. The Duck is able to find cover and when the Duck calms down and the Hunters leave for today, The duck mourns his fellow buddy.

Samuel Coleridge-Taylor was born in Holborn, London on August 15, 1875 and died from pneumonia at the age of 37 in Croy- don, England on September 1, 1912.  At an early age his grandfather began teaching him how to play the violin. His musical ability was obvious and at the age of 15, his extended family arranged for Taylor to study at the Royal College of Music. While at RCM he changed from violin to composition, working under professor Charles Villiers Stanford. His classmates included Ralph Vaughan Williams and Gustav Holst. He was later helped by Edward Elgar in 1898, who described Coleridge-Taylor as far and away the cleverest fellow going amongst the young men.  By 1896, Coleridge-Taylor was earning a reputation as a composer and was also accepted as an excellent conductor. In 1898 at the age of 23 he composed the African Suite. Danse Nègre is the last of the four movements that make up the African Suite, Op. 35 (proceeded by Introduction, A Negro Love Song, and Valse). Coleridge-Taylor saw it as his mission in life to help establish the dignity of the black man. He was greatly influenced by black American poet P. L. Dunbar. He made three successful visits to the United States to great acclaim. In 1904, on his first USA tour he was received by President Theodore Roosevelt at the White House. Above all, though, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor was known as a man of great dignity and patience.

Use It Up and Wear It Out is a song by US-based dance and soul group Odyssey that was released as a single in 1980. It firstly emerged as a B-side, but later re-released as an A, going on to spend twelve weeks on the UK Singles Chart, including two at No. 1, however failing to make commercial success in the US. The song was written by Sandy Linzer and L. Russell Brown and produced by Linzer, featuring retro (and distinctive) use of disco and siren whistles. A hi-energy cover by the duo Pat and Mick, produced by Stock Aitken Waterman, reached No. 22 on the UK Singles Chart ten years later in 1990, helping to raise funds for the charity 'Help a London Child'. This late disco classic is sure to liven up any concert, indoor or outdoor, and the whistles will certainly attract attention from far away!
