This piece is taken from the opera La gazza ladra by Gioacchino Rossini, and the Ouverture is the very beginning that opens the opera.
This is a very known and also one of the most popular pieces by Rossini, which cannot be missing in the symphonic repertoire. That Ouverture is opened by three fast drumrolls. Then, the Allegro that is concluted by an ending coda, eith a very fast rhythm and a festive character.
This versio is written for clarinet ensamble and percussion, a rich chamber group that evokes the orchestra sonority.

La Danza is a song with lyrics by Carlo Pepoli, a poet and democratic politician of the Italian Risorgimento. Gioacchino Rossini composed the music 1835  originally for solo voice and piano. It is part of his song cycle Les soirées musicales with twelve pieces by various poets. This version was orchestrated and  arranged in the key of A minor as prefered by prominent tenors like Luciano Pavarotti. It was commissioned and first time performed by Mozarteum Wind  Philharmonic Salzburg conducted by Hansjoerg Angerer at their Three Kings' Concert on 6 January 2017 at the Grosses Festspielhaus  (Large Festival Hall) in Salzburg, Austria. The solo part was sung by Thai born tenor Nutthaporn Thammathi.
