Concert Band - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1245191 By Willie Nelson. By Arthur Kent and Sylvia Dee. Arranged by John Ivor Holland. 20th Century,Film/TV,Jazz,Standards. Score and Parts. 33 pages. John Ivor Holland #840099. Published by John Ivor Holland (A0.1245191). Forever associated in the UK with the comedy duo Morecambe and Wise on the BBC, this toe-tapping standard is often played at the Morecambe Football Club ground both prior to and after their games, whilst the club's fans have adopted the song as the official anthem. It was first recorded by (and written for) The Mills Brothers in 1968, but another famous recording is by outlaw country singer Willie Nelson. This version for concert band (flexibly scored in the event of an incomplete ensemble) and choir in two parts is sure to bring a smile to all that hear it.

Concert Band - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1174028 By The Carpenters. By Gus Kahn, Wayne King, and William Harold. Arranged by John Ivor Holland. 20th Century,Country,Film/TV,Pop,Standards. Score and parts. 59 pages. John Ivor Holland #774189. Published by John Ivor Holland (A0.1174028). This catchy little number has been around since the 1930s but made famous by The Carpenters in 1976 (with a memorable performance on the UK's 'Morecambe and Wise Christmas Show' the same year, sung by Marian Montgomery). Available to concert bands around the world for the first time, this toe-tapping chart will hopefully raise a smile and gives several players a chance to shine with short solo opportunities - the drum solos should be as wacky as possible!
