Themes from the Beach is a multi movement composition released in 2017 that captures wonderful scenes while hanging out on the Beach. The First Movement, Atmospheres, is a beautiful tranquil setting in the key of C major while the beauty portrays the humidity. The opener contains an A minor to a C7 Chord progression followed by the main theme as a way to express the breeze blowing around you.The Second Movement, is a dance like movement of the scene while people are strolling in Paradise. The Key signature contrast is from D minor to D major and then to D minor once again. The last two movements are in the Key of F major. The third movement displays of what it is like to chill out in the sunlight. This deeply moving ballad is so beautiful and will portray the longest movement of the piece. The last and fourth movement is a 6/8 Dance of getting yourself exposed to the sunlight. This score contains 49 pages and is 20 minutes long in 4 separate movements.

The classic song from The Greatest Showman arranged for Concert Band or ensemble that allows the opportunity to add strings and 3 Keyboards to a standard Concert Band setup. I have added some hand held percussion to the Vibraphone and Timpani which adds some depth.
The Drum Kit part gives this song some a great groove and we are having fun rehearsing it at the moment. In addition, there are parts for Strings as we are preparing for a Tour which combines a Sinfonia and Junior concert band making a big sound. The keyboard parts have the chords written and notation for both approaches and I arranged a shortened version for our House Music Competition and it worked really well.
The arrangement works without the 2nd or 3rd parts as the piano picks up the harmonies along with the strings.

Far Rockaway March is a 3 minute and 47 second march composed for Concert band that is ideal for a summer theme. This March illustrates a theme from being out on the beach on a hot humid day.
