Witness is a 1985 American neo-noir crime thriller film directed by Peter Weir, and starring Harrison Ford, Kelly McGillis and Lukas Haas, with Jan Rubeš, Danny Glover, Josef Sommer, Alexander Godunov, Patti LuPone and Viggo Mortensen in supporting roles. The film focuses on a police detective (Ford) protecting an Amish woman (McGillis) and her young son (Haas), who becomes a target after he witnesses a brutal murder in a Philadelphia train station. ~ Wikipedia
This is an arrangement for concert band of the incidental music which was played while Harrison Ford's police detective character, John Book, assisted the Amish community with building a barn for a young Amish couple of newlyweds.
(FYI: Earlier in the film, he had repaired a large birdhouse which he had accidentally knocked down with his car. So the Amish folks put him to work on the barn raising, as they called it.
Also, before he was an actor, Ford was a licensed, professional carpenter.  One of his clients at that time was Steven Spielberg.)
This piece basically plays like a canon (e.g., Pachelbel's Canon in D). It's performance time is approximately 3:45-4:00.

Hawaii Five-O is an American police procedural drama series produced by CBS Productions and created by Leonard Freeman. Set in Hawaii, the show originally aired for 12 seasons on 1968 to 1980, it was the longest-running police drama in American television history. The theme music composed by Morton Stevens is considered by many to be one of the best television themes of all time.

Coal River Valley Rhapsody is a musical journey through the Tasmanian Coal River Valley, which is best known for its food products, such as dairy, as well as its wineries. The Coal River Valley is a predominantly agrarian region in the South East of Tasmania, with the town of Richmond as its regional centre.

The region is also known for its convict history and colonial era buildings and infrastructure. The region features the historical Richmond Bridge, which is recognised as the oldest bridge in Australia. The bridge spans over the Coal River and was built by convict labour. Construction commenced in 1823, with the bridge formally opened in 1825. The town of Richmond was proclaimed a police district in 1824. It is also important to acknowledge the First Nations people of the region, the Mumirimina people. According to the Richmond 200 website, the land that is now known as Richmond and the Coal River Valley was home to the Oyster Bay nation for millennia. It is noted that the establishment of the police district in Richmond significantly “contributed to the ultimate destruction of the Mumirimina band†(Richmond 200, 2023).

Although this composition has been written to commemorate the bicentenary of the Richmond Bridge, it is intended to evoke images of the landscape and the river, as well as acknowledge the past of the region, represent the present and look forwards to the region’s future.

Kojak is an American action crime drama television series starring Telly Savalas as the title character, New York City Police Department Detective Lieutenant Theodopolus Theo Kojak. Taking the time slot of the popular Cannon series, it aired on CBS from 1973 to 1978.

In May of 1885, smallpox was raging in Page County, Iowa. In fact, the town of Shenandoah had special police guarding nineteen quarantined houses that included Shenandoah’s mayor and the president of the Page County Board of Health. Also included in this quarantine was the dean of Strong’s College of Music at Dixon, W. F. Strong. Strong, a graduate of the music programs at both the Northern Indiana Normal College (now Valparaiso University) and the Cincinnati College of Music, turned his creative juices to composition and among his prolific output during this period composed the short piece Quarantine Polka. It was published later that year as a part of his Gems of Pleasure series for piano and dedicated to Mae E. Black of Toledo, Ohio. This piece has been placed in a concert band setting but retains the original carefree flavor of Strong’s 1885 composition.
