Composed by Charles Williams and Winifred May. Arranged by Marcus Martin. 20th Century,Film/TV. 38 pages. Cornelius Edition (uk) #1075230. Published by Cornelius Edition (uk) (A0.1499181).

Charles Williams (1893 - 1978) was a British composer and conductor who contributed music to over 50 films and wrote a considerable amount of light music, including 'Devil's Galop'.  'While I Live' is a 1947 British drama film,  best remembered for its musical theme The Dream of Olwen composed by Charles Williams, which became hugely popular in its time and is still regularly performed. For piano and orchestra  (2121.2230. Hp(opt) Perc and Strings)  and lasting about 4 minutes this is an effective mini-concerto suitable for concerts  and/ or encores.  Full score, all orchestral parts and the solo piano part are included.  In a lighter music scenario Richard Addinsel's 'Warsaw Concerto' (also arranged by Marcus Martin for similar forces) makes an attractive pairing.

Versions of the song have appeared frequently in films and television shows. The song is featured during the ending credits of Disney/Pixar's 2003 animated film Finding Nemo. The song is played prominently in the 2007 video game BioShock. The X-Files episode Beyond the Sea is named for the song, which is playing on the boat owned by Dana Scully's father. The song plays in the background during a scene in the 1990 film Goodfellas while the characters are preparing food in prison. A version of the song by Kathryn Williams is the theme song for the British TV Show The Cafe broadcast on Sky1. The song plays in the official trailer for the 2018 film The Meg. In the 2020 horror film A Quiet Place Part II, the song is played on loop over the radio as a signal to guide survivors to an island. In an episode of the television show Lost (TV Series), the song is part of a code that needs to be decyphered in the episode Whatever the Case May Be. The plot delves into the original Frech recording of La Mer, heard as a French dub of the closing credits of the film Finding Nemo.

Composed by Paul Williams. Arranged by Kevin Riley. Christmas. 49 pages. Kevin Riley #1072342. Published by Kevin Riley (A0.1495812).

The Muppet Christmas Carol is a 1992 American Christmas musical film directed by Brian Henson (in his feature directorial debut) from a screenplay by Jerry Juhl. It is the fourth theatrical film featuring the Muppets. Adapted from the 1843 novella A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, the film stars Michael Caine as Ebenezer Scrooge, alongside Muppet performers Dave Goelz, Steve Whitmire, Jerry Nelson, and Frank Oz. Although artistic license is taken to suit the aesthetic of the Muppets, The Muppet Christmas Carol otherwise follows Dickens's original story closely. It is the first Muppet film to be produced following the deaths of Muppets creator Jim Henson and performer Richard Hunt; the film is dedicated to both.

The film was released in the United States on December 11, 1992, by Buena Vista Pictures Distribution under its Walt Disney Pictures label. It was a modest box office success and received generally favorable reviews. It is the first Muppets film to be produced by Walt Disney Pictures, whose parent company would later acquire the rights to the Muppets characters and assets in 2004.
