Detailed Description:
Piano Duet, 4 Hands at One Piano - Student Pre-Reader Black Keys with Finger Numbers, Teacher Advanced - Digital Download.
Jesus Loves Me | Words by Anna Warner (1820-1915), Music by William Bradbury (1816-1868) | Arranged and Published by Jo Hovind, Jo Notes, LLC, Pensacola, Florida | Praise & Worship. Score - 5 pages.

A Note from the Arranger:
Pre-Reader on the Black Keys by Finger Numbers
Teacher Duet in Gb Major
One of the most beloved and most translated children’s hymns of all time can be played by finger numbers on the black keys. The singable, pentatonic melody is beautiful even in its own simplicity. But when combined with lush harmonies of the teacher duet, this beginner piece becomes a heart-warming show-stopper for recitals, Sunday School, nursing home, and church performances.

Teaching Idea:
Remembering which hand plays which notes (left and right) can be very challenging for beginning students. The notes for the student part in this arrangement have blue note heads for right hand notes, and green note heads for left hand notes. Purchase a blue and a green athletic wrist band. Put the blue one on the student’s right wrist (because the blue sky is high and the right hand plays the higher notes), and place the green wrist band on the student’s left hand (because the green grass is down low and the hand plays the lower notes.) Then the single three white key notes that the hands must MOVE to play have red note heads.

Composed by Ulrich Lehensteiner. 21st Century,Classical,Contemporary. Score. 16 pages. Ulrich Lehensteiner #1070736. Published by Ulrich Lehensteiner (A0.1494126).

Remember Your Mind In Turmoil with it's increasingly pressurizing character, sharply accented rhythms and confusingly intertwined voicing, takes the listener back to a moment of emotional fragility they might have experienced for themselves.

The Remember-Waltzes are a collection of seven waltz-like pieces for piano four hands, depicting the memories of various relatable scenes of a person's everyday-life, like the fervour of a determined loved one, the sereneness of a warm summer-day or the emotional rush of an ecstatic experience. Memories some would like to experience, some might actually have experienced.
A musical reminder of times fondly remembered, but also of the feeling of how even those precious moments might grow pale over time, and how we still remember them fondly, but differently after the many years that might have passed since then.

Composed by Philip Le Bas. Chamber,Classical,Contemporary,Multicultural,World. Score. 12 pages. Philip Le Bas #728481. Published by Philip Le Bas (A0.1127872).

Incidental music composed for piano duet (4-hands) in four parts by Philip Le Bas to accompany the Japanese folk tale (ghost story) Yuki-Onna (Snow Woman). This piano duet developed out of a cross-cultural project initiated at Morley College, London, in early 2019, aiming to create a melodrama for piano solo and spoken voice to be performed in northern Japan later in the year by young students of the piano. It is based on the ghost-story above, which is widely known in Japan. The tale was transcribed and published by Lafcadio Hearn (Koizumi Yakumo) in 1904 as part of his book “Kwaidan: Stories and Studies of Strange Thingsâ€, a collection that has been highly influential in expressing popular Japanese culture over the past century. Synopsis of the tale of Yuki-Onna: Two wood-cutters, Mosaku and his apprentice Minokichi, encounter a terrible snow-storm and take shelter in an empty hut by a river. The storm gets worse and worse, but they both finally fall asleep. When Minokichi wakes, he sees a woman all in white bending over Mosaku breathing bright white smoke onto his face. She then approaches Minokichi. She is very beautiful, but her eyes make him afraid. After a while she says, “I intended to do the same to you as I did to the old man, but I feel pity for you because you are a pretty young man. If you ever tell anybody what you have seen, however, I will kill you too.†And she vanishes into the snow storm. It is then that Minokichi discovers Mosaku dead on the floor of the hut. Years later Minokichi meets a beautiful girl, who calls herself O-Yuki. He falls in love with her and they live together in his house, along with his mother, who fortunately takes a liking to her new “honourable daughter-in-law.†Over the years O-Yuki gives birth to ten children and the villagers all agree that she is a wonderful person. But she is somehow different from them, as she continues to look young and fresh, despite the passing years. Minokichi often thinks of telling O-Yuki about the events of years ago, and eventually, as he is gazing at her beauty one night, he can resist it no more. He begins to tell her about the snow storm and the terrifying snow-woman. To his horror O-Yuki becomes more and more angry, and she finally says: “It was me, it was me,… and I said I would kill you if you ever told anyone! But for these children asleep here, I would do so this very moment! You had better take very good care of them; for if ever they have reason to complain of you, I will treat you as you deserve!†As she screams at him her voice becomes thin, like the crying of the wind, and she melts into a bright white mist spiraling into the roof-beams. At that moment it starts to snow, but O-Yuki is never seen again.

Composed by Abigail Gilson. Contemporary. Score and parts. 11 pages. Abigail Gilson #3631501. Published by Abigail Gilson (A0.1024938).

A Conversation is a duet that represents the feeling of falling in love. Starting off slow and daunting at first, with shifts and odd dynamics and rhythms as you just allow yourself to fall into this new feeling. Then, the piece takes off. With confusing chords, a ground bass but always a visible motet. The ground bass always sounds like it may rush, like any second the pianist could speed up and leave the other pianist behind but it never does. The voices often trade parts and dance back and forth. With the treble line taking off suddenly, ending the ground bass line. The last section has question chords, and unresolved lines as a relationship starts to lose the new lover buzz and falls into a steady rhythm. Some may feel that the relationship is ending, that the two pianos don’t sound the same as they used to together. But really the two pianos have found their music. They don’t need to experiment with different rhythms, keys, or time signatures. They know what sounds good together, they can continue to make music forever.
