Between the Lakes is a piano duo perfect for advanced intermediate pianists. The song starts out in G flat major and transitions to G major. The tempo is 80 mm, but the performers should play with rubato as they feel necessary. 

SIDE NOTE: The title of the song does not mean what you might think. Rather the song was titled after living in Interlagos, São Paulo, Brazil, where I was originally inspired with the creation of the piece. (Interlagos in Portuguese means between the lakes.).
