...And Justice for All is a song by American heavy metal band Metallica. It is the second track on the band's album of the same name and was released as a single in 1988. Like the album, the song is named after the last four words of the Pledge of Allegiance. The main riff of the song is based on a drum pattern written by Lars Ulrich; the lyrics talk about corruption in the government and injustice, as money tips [the] scales of Lady Justice. The song was performed live by the band during their Damaged Justice world tour in support of the album. After the tour, the band vowed to never play it again. This arrangement has been created as part of the Metallica Marching Band Competition 2024.

…and Justice For All is an example of the raw energy Of Metallica. Released October 6th, 1988, from the album of the same name. It is a progressive metal song with a strong repeating riff, based on a drum pattern written by Lars Ulrich. Appropriate for a variety of occasions, it is striking, memorable piece for any marching bands repertoire, and can be used as a method to teach elements of the metal music genre.

Although there is a strong tonal centre of Eb present it is not strictly in the Key of Eb. It has an atmospheric, fade in build up, in C major, progressing through ostinato riffs driving forward arriving at the verse one and pivotal chorus section. In an Introduction, A, B form, this music establishes the stable progressive mental style Metallica is known for.

…and Justice For All uses repetitive rhythms and melodic riffs, perfect for a marching band to begin learning and mastering progressive metal music style.
